Demar Dotson Is Buccaneers Starting Right Tackle

Demar Dotson did a good job last Sunday against the New York Giants and has apparently earned the starting job for this coming Sunday in Dallas.

The Buccaneers tweeted the announcement on Tuesday.

Jeremy Trueblood’s performance has been a point of contention the last two seasons. Trueblood missed most of last week’s practices with a twisted ankle and was inactive for last Sunday’s game against the Giants.

In the true spirit of “absence makes the heart grow fonder,” apparently Schiano has grown more fond of Dotson, at least for this week.
